2025 Paddles on the Water
Regulations: 8 mph limit, no water- skiing except for period Jun 15 to first Sunday after Labor Day, when speeds in excess of 8 mph and water skiing are permitted between 11 am and 6 pm.   Life Jackets  Must Be worn by children under 13 years old on any vessel that is underway unless the child is below deck or in an enclosed cabin.  • Be worn by anyone operating or riding on a PWC. • Be worn by anyone being pulled behind a boat (such as tubing or skiing). • Be worn by anyone in a manually propelled vessel from October 1 through May 31 (must be Type I, II, II, V or V-hybrid).   Be Safe  Be Well

            Clean Drain Dry 
encourages boaters to 'clean drain dry' all boats and equipment to help reduce the spread of invasive plants between waterbodies. Our outreach team provides information to boaters at the state boat launch.
